how much will delivery cost
for orders up to £100, we charge £4.99 with dhl. anything over £100 will be free delivery. when we have grown a little, we will look to reduce delivery costs a little.
what happens if i don't receive my order
If you do not receive your order within 7 days of ordering please contact our support team at via email straight away and they will be able to help you. once you have contacted us, we can start an investigation with the courier and will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy
all of our products come with very carefully measured dimensions and descriptions, so please do check your size before ordering. We do offer refunds but cannot currently cover the cost of sending the product back. so please contact our customer service team with details of what you would like to return, and why, and then organise delivery back to us, and we will arrange the refund.
